The officers sit Southbound in the abandoned dirt road just South of Keats/County 19. You will not see them until its too late just because of the layout of the land. They usually use laser. Often, at the next street they have several "chase" cars. Speed Limit is 65, will stop and tag at 70. Mostly Local officers, sometimes with Washington County Sheriff.

I have seen cops sit on the Innovation bridge that goes over 10/61 and heads to the 3M factory. I have been hit by laser from them sitting On the bridge shooting cars from the front and the back as they pass under the bridge. I see them sitting on the East side of the bridge shooting both east and west bound traffic, not sitting under the bridge but sitting on top of the bridge. I have only seen this trap late at night, so I would say you are pretty safe from that trap during the day.

On the Left hand side of the road there is a Excel energy maintenance center. They sit in the driveway and use laser on oncoming traffic through the gap in the trees.
SE bound on Hwy 81 from Maple Grove into Osseo, the limit drops to 45, but signs are easily missed, because ones' attention is focused on making the oncoming (very short yellow!) stoplight. They wait for you in the post office lot, and will easily catch you going 56 in a 45. Also, the diagonal intersection is deceptively farther away than you perceive; it is very easy to run this light.
