Although enforcement is constant and seems exploitive, I can't say the limit is unrealisitic, it is realistic for the road. The Police sit here, and shoot in either direction, depending on the time of day. It's a pretty straight shot, so it's hard to see them, until your eyes can adjust to the traffic flow. The speed limit is 55, on a 4 lane highway ! After cresting the hill after the light going toward Conway, there is a straightaway that has a confusing set of posted speed limits (45 mph to 40 southbound, 45 to 35 northbound with areas overlapping). Traffic stops at the scenic vista near the center of this route are incessant, and mainly target commercial vehicles. I have seen such stops go on for 2 hours or more.
