You can count on several "speeders" on the side of the road on any given Sunday night. It also happens in the winter time as my 81 year old dad can contest. He got a speeding ticket on Xmas Eve... he couldn't believe they wouldn't at least give him a warning. "No way!" He also got another one about a month later.
