Inbound speed limits are reasonable however; Outbound speed limits just after a stop light and opening onto a rural open roadway heading South on WV Rt 14 toward Boaz and Parkersburg are unrealistic. You will be ticketed for 40 mph in a 35 mph zone.  Also, you can see a 55 mph sign posted from the last traffic light but you better wait until you reach the sign to speed up.....I was ticketed for 50 in that zone at night with absolutely no other traffic and good weather. The officer was stationed at the Outbound city limit sign and used hand held radar.</description>
